WELDPREP SOLUTIONS INC., a British Columbia corporation. On this site we're also WeldPrep Solutions, WPSolutions and WPS.

One person is responsible for privacy: the Principal Advisor. Write to privacy@weldprep.solutions to reach them directly.

What you give us. The contact form: your name, your shop, a phone number, an email address and your message. The newsletter box: an email address. If you call and we miss it: the voicemail you leave, a transcript of it, your number and any texts between us.

What the site records on its own. Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and when. A page counter from Cloudflare: which pages are viewed, the site you came from, browser and device type, country, and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookie, doesn't identify you, and we only ever see totals. The contact form runs a bot check.

What we don't do. No advertising or tracking cookies. We don't sell or rent what you give us.

Contact form and calls. To respond to you. Sending the form is your consent to that.

Newsletter. To send updates about WPSolutions, only if you asked for them. You get a confirmation email first, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Logs and the bot check. To keep the site up and keep bots out.

You can withdraw consent any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.

These providers handle the information above on our behalf.

All of them store or process information in the United States, where it is subject to US law. We remain responsible for it. We don't give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Inquiries: reviewed every 12 months and deleted when there's no longer a business reason to keep them.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Server logs: held briefly by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. We don't keep copies.

Page counts: totals only, kept by Cloudflare. Nothing in them identifies you.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it where no law requires us to keep it. Email privacy@weldprep.solutions. We may verify your identity first. You'll have an answer within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca.

Traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to the systems above is limited to the people who need it. If a security incident affects your information, we tell you promptly and make any notifications the law requires.

None for advertising or tracking. Cloudflare may set one short-lived security cookie; the page counter sets none. The newsletter box is provided by Kit and may set a cookie under Kit's policy.

Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
